Yoga with Pip

Experience Vinyasa yoga with Pip, who guides you to feel vibrant and nourished from the inside out. Set your intention for each practice, whether you want to Reset and Connect to restore balance and feel grounded, Strengthen to build tone and stability, Open and Release to ease stiffness and find freedom of movement, Breathe and Rejuvenate with calming breathwork and transformation, or sink into Deep Relaxation with a restful savasana.
