Farm-Fresh Flavours, Inspired by the Land Savour seasonal dishes crafted from locally grown, organic ingredients.

Dining

At Louma, dining is at the heart of the experience. Each stay includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, allowing guests to fully settle into our farm-to-fork way of living. Rooted in seasonality and a deep respect for the land, our menus celebrate produce grown across our 100 acres, complemented by thoughtfully sourced local ingredients. Every meal is personal, unhurried, and designed to connect you more deeply with your surroundings.

Hearty Mornings

Mornings at Louma unfold gently. Whether you’re easing into the day with a fresh green juice or lingering over coffee and the morning paper, breakfast is both nourishing and abundant. Expect house-made jams, farm eggs, cured bacon, honey from our hives, and our own recipe sausages. Freshly baked pastries, seasonal fruit, smoothies, and expertly brewed coffee and teas complete a morning that feels both wholesome and indulgent.

Lively Lunches

Lunch is relaxed, generous, and best enjoyed at your own pace. Served between 12:30pm and 2:30pm, it brings together wood-fired favourites, fresh fish, vibrant salads, and homemade bakes. It is a time to gather, share, and savour, whether you choose a spot by the fire or out on the terrace. Going back for more is all part of the experience.

Delicious Dinners

Dinner is where the day comes together. Guided by what is freshest and most inspiring, each menu reflects a close relationship with local farmers, fishermen, and our own gardens. Expect thoughtfully prepared dishes that highlight the natural flavours of each ingredient, from slow-cooked meats to just-caught seafood and garden vegetables at their peak. It is a dining experience that feels both grounded and memorable — leaving you satisfied, restored, and quietly connected to the land.

Children’s Dining

At Louma, we believe mealtimes should feel effortless and enjoyable for the whole family.

Each evening, we set aside a dedicated children’s dining time from 17:00 to 17:30, giving younger guests the chance to enjoy their meal in a relaxed, unhurried setting all their own.

From 17:30 to 19:00, we’re delighted to welcome families to dine together, and we’d encourage families to make the most of this window, so mum and dad can relax without worrying about the odd bit of noise or energy from little ones disturbing other diners.

Our children’s menu is full of simple, nourishing dishes little ones tend to love, with a fun “Build Your Own” approach that puts them in charge of what goes on their plate. We know every child has their own tastes, and our team is always happy to tailor dishes wherever we can.

To help us strike the right balance between lively family evenings and a quieter dining experience for other guests, we kindly ask that children have made their way out of the Farmhouse dining room by 20:00. The evening doesn’t have to end there though, families are warmly invited to keep it going in the drawing room and library with after-dinner drinks, games, and desserts, or to finish the evening with room service instead.

quote

Louma is a beautiful & peaceful hideaway which felt like a proper retreat from normal life. We visited for 2 nights with our kids (8 & 6) and we all had the most wonderful time - adults & children alike, and came away feeling rested and recharged, but also having had a lot of fun...
