Incorporating a sequence of breathwork, myofascial release, acupressure, and craniosacral holds to dissipate tension and restore balance. WILDSMITH MASSAGE

An unscripted, bespoke therapeutic massage adapted to suit the individual, and using essential oil blends aligned to specific times of day to support the circadian rhythm. Drawing on a diverse set of massage modalities to dissolve tension and ease muscle fatigue, while helping to stimulate circulation, rebalancing the physical body.
